Still doing things MIWAY
Been with MiWay for over 10 years, they are not perfect but they do their best. I called them today because I was not happy with my premium and I was put through to Kearabetswe Kekana from their retention team. After holding holding on for a few minutes, she has made me change my mind about changing my insurer. I am glad to report that they are still doing things MIWAY. They understand customer service and retention.
