Still deducting even after no car

My mom's car was written off 2 months ago. Every month she still gets debited with the insurance even after she called them two months ago to confirm that they pd her out for the vehicle and that since no car anymore they should then cancel policy. The guy David said that it would be rectified. This month again another payment was deducted. Should I be talking to the Ombudsman or will Miway rectify and refund me. Agnas M Opperman *** Policy C***
