Sterling service

<p>Last week my pc died due to a power surge. I hopped online and checked my policy info which said power surges were covered so I submitted a claim through the easy to use online claim submission interface. Within a few hours I had an email confirming receipt of the claim and a representative called me to discuss the procedure. The next day the pc was collected by IT Sure and within a week all the paperwork was done, authorisation given, components ordered and the pc will be back with me no later than Monday. Every step of the way I have had polite, friendly and efficient service from MiWay ensuring that I am informed and happy with the process. This has been an almost painless insurance claim and I will recommend MiWay to everyone I know as a result. Keep up the good work guys :D</p>
