Stellar service from Marvin!!

I just wanted to share another great experience which I had with Miway today, specifically Marvin from the retentions department. I wanted to cancel my policy as I had received a much lower premium elsewhere, so I called in to cancel. The saving was quite significant, so even though I was reluctant to leave Miway it was an offer I couldn't refuse. Marvin called me back and apart from being friendly, informative and very professional, he was also able to save me even more on my current premium.
