Stellar Service by Miway Retention Specialist

<p>I recently went through a frustrating exchange with Miway call centre reps that led to me wanting to cancel my insurance and take my business elsewhere. Then out of the blue, a retention specialist by the name of Nimrod Mabena contacted me. At that point, I was too frustrated to recount/talk about the issues I have been dealing with. But Nimrod was able to pick up from my tone that I was unhappy, he asked me if it's ok to call me back and after a few minutes he called back, not only did take it upon himself to find out what my problem was but he managed to help solve the issue that had dragged on for over 4 weeks.</p> <p>He truly restored my faith in Miway and it's because of his stellar service that I will continue supporting Miway. Thank you Nimrod, you were absolutely amazing.</p>
