<p>I contacted the call centre and got through to Precious Nyakombi who went out of her way to assist me in lowering my premium (As a part time student, every penny counts!). She even went as far as escalating my query to her superior to further negotiate after she had helped me. How is that for going the extra mile!? Thanks a million!</p>
