*****ing our money

Thuli gave me a quote last year to quote our company bakkie. We agreed that i will not sign off on the contract until they had reached an agreement with our CFO to move the entire group's insurance to Miway. I did NOT sign the agreement but they decided to go ahead and ***** the money from our account anyway. They have been *****ing our money since last year October. All attempts to stop the debit order and get a refund have failed. Thuli has been lying and saying everything is sorted when it's not. Now, she is ignoring my calls.
