Stay away with Miway

I submitted a claim of a damaged rim, as part of the claim, the prerequisite was to do an inspection on my tyre and rim. Unfortunately I couldn't find any damage on the tyre except the rim. To cut the long story short, claim was approved for the rim, money was paid into my account. I took the wheel to wheel service centre, upon the fixing they discovered that the tyre was damaged internally. I took up the matter to the insurance that they were hidden damages, but they refused to pay and said there's nothing additional they can do because I did not see the damages.

I ask them if how do they expect me to see the internal tyre damage, but they never care about that.
