STAY AWAY FROM MIWAY...YOU'LL BE SORRY

I regret having to do this, people's time and money will be wasted if not being to sure with which insurance to go with concerning car insurance. Being a big reputable insurance company, the service of Miway i can truly say its bad. Yes good at communicating when needing to take your money but not assisting.

I have logged a claim on 23rd of November 2020, ***. I complete police reports,done the assesment and process all required paper work. I keep on having to follow up with them to find out when my car will be booked in for repairs or any update of sorts.NOTHING STILL TO THIS DAY.

AGENTS being emailed, calling them but still no joy. I have to travel withmy car and seeing it was a front accident, i had to repair it myself as there's roadblocks all over this time of year.

Ive been with Miway over 3 years, 1st time i submitted a claim. Never skipped a month or any late payments.

I would like Miway to return all my premiums paid to them as they dont seem to care about the clients. Imagine if i was stranded for more than 200kms away from home. Certainly they wouldn't have come and assisted.

STAY AWAY FROM MIWAY.

And yes,they are going to contact me just to do nothing. My mailbox is already full of their BS.
