STAY AWAY FROM MIWAY, THEY DO NOT PAY PUT CLAIMS!!!

The most ********** experience with this company, my washing machine has broken, put a claim with them, they sent someone and now I am told that they will not be buying or compensating me because the machine has teared, *** is that? So they only pay out claims if there has been a power surge and nothing else, bare in mind that for them to pay in a case of a power surge you would have to pay R4500 making the claim fruitless cause you are buying yourself a machine anyway, so because it was going to be less in my case they found a way to reject my claim, ****** bustards.

I knew my claim would not be approved when I first spoke to Lerato Komako, she is rude, lacks empathy, and so condescending.

I will be disputing this claim!
