STAY AWAY FROM MIWAY INSURANCE - THEY WILL COST YOU DEARLY!!!!!

Beware - If you insure your car with MiWay, it will be the worst decision of your life.

I have been with MiWay for a number of years now and had my first accident claim under the policy. When I received my car back after suffering a minor accident, my luxury BMW came back looking like it was pieced together from a s**** yard. It is very obvious, without any effort whatsoever, to notice that the car was involved in an accident. That's because MiWay insisted on parts being put on my car that do not look the same (i.e. headlamps) - one is yellow, the other is white. They are insisting that they wont replace the other because it's not broken.

I also wish to point out to the public that my policy was changed by MiWay without informing me and without my consent. I believe this is *****.

Be careful when you deal with MiWay - they are very good at selling a pipe dream, but then changing your policy and making your car look like it just came out of a major accident when it went in for a minor accident is what they do. I have lodged a complaint with the Ombud and in the process of raising a complaint with Fais. I'm pretty sure that ***** is a ******** offence.
