Stay away from MiWay insurance company

I had short term insurance with MiWay, for Mercedes Benz C200, this policy was paid without fail for 3 years. Last year October 4th l had an accident, l lodge claim with MiWay next day, they told me my car was beyond repair. After a month of waiting they sent Wayne Araujo to conduct interview. This Wayne came with an attitude or pre-concluded decision to say l was not a driver that day, they brought tower data from my cellphone provider claiming l was not accident scene. After proving they were wrong he “this Wayne” told me he has conducted 15 interviews with people who say l was not driving, when l asked him to see their statement or listen to recordings he refused

This Wayne Araujo does not deserve to be claim assessor givin all lies and constructed he told, including saying l must admit l was not a driver, if l do he will assist me to get my claim paid. I told him to say l was not a driver will be a lie. He then called someone who he claims was a driver and this young man told him “he was never in my car, he doesn’t even drive” but Wayne called to say this person admitted to be a driver knowing well he was telling me lies.

MiWay repudiated my claim on Wayne Araujo’s lies, despite all evidence contrary to Wayne and MiWay they still never paid me for reason “l was not the driver”

People stay away from MiWay, l learn recently this MiWay leads all short term insurance in repudiating claims, especially claim by Black people.
