Stay away from Miway insurance

We logged a claim for house insurance after the rain destroyed our family home in Pretoria west early December. We are yet to hear from miway, I mean the rains are back and our roof is leaking yet we pay insurance, I called today to follow up I’m told they have not heard from the Assesors, how is a report from the Assesors our problem because we have no contract with the Assesors. I recently visited a service provider who works from home and her roof was being repaired on day 3 when the so called Assesors where still arranging to come to my mother’s house. Perhaps we should all move to outsurance because that’s who the service provider is insured with. What a bad bad service we received, our properties will be wet again in this rain yet we pay insurance.
