STAY AWAY FROM MIWAY

I have been with MiWay for well over 3 years and had an average experience with them until now. I was involved in a car accident in June 2023 and it is now September 2023 and to this date there has been no communication from KEAGILE TEFFO who was my supposed claims agent. I have contacted him twice via email to get an update on my car and have gotten no response. My father has called the number for his direct line numerous times but it goes to voicemail.

My father went to the MiWay offices on Tuesday to get an update in person since calling them has been futile. I have had the absolute worst experience with them and cannot wait to leave and find another insurance. Disappointment is an understatement.
