STAY AWAY FROM MIWAY
I cannot deal with the claims department. Honestly the worst service I've gotten in my life. If you are with Miway, cancel. If you are looking for insurance, stay away. Get something better. The complaints department promised to be in communication, even they don't stick to their word. They have never gotten back to me at all. This is GUGULETHU to be exact. As for DONAVAN, FIRST HE IS THE MANAGER, THEN YOU HEAR HE IS A TEAM LEADER. This call centre is a joke honestly
