Stay away From Miway, C***

I had the most unpleasant experince with Miway earlier this year. I joined this company in 2018 to insure my car. my choice was mostly influenced by the reviews i saw on this site. Last year i had an accident (not very serious) and my car needed to be towed. This was actually my first claim with Miway. The towing company (Rocks) damaged my car' front bumper. Miway admitted this, after conducting an investigation that took over a month. I was asked to get an assessment qoute. received a qoute and sent it to them...to Mr Porch Sithole to be exact. Nothing was done for over two months until i called them. This was habitual: i always had to call in oreder to get feedback/progress on my claim. Typical of a terrible service provider. After the thousand calls i made they promised to repair the vehicle BUT NOTHING WAS DONE, n so i decided to cancel my policy. Could not afford legal advice since the damages on my car was caused by the towing company. Dont be fooled by these highly rated reviews on this site about Miway: they are uncaring n provide the most abysmal service. I was with this company for more than three yrs, never defaulted/missed a single debit order, n that did not count for nothing. STAY AWAY FROM MIWAY. Claim number: C***
