Stay away from Miway..

I have been with Miway for 8 years now and have only claimed once after another driver didn’t brake and rammed into me. For the past couple of weeks I have been going up and down with Miway trying to claim for my windscreen. I have spoken to Andre and Mpho numerous times but haven’t been assisted. They keep changing their story and I have even gotten a traffic fine for my windscreen because of all the delay. According to Miway your car won’t be insured for original parts once it’s out of warranty and they will give you the run around. Eventually Andre said Mpho gave the go ahead for the original windscreen to be installed. Just received a call today (the day before the windscreen installation) that Miway has once again gone back on their word and rejected the claim. So please stay away from Miway because they have all sorts of stories when it come to paying. If they do pay they pay for inferior quality products.
