Status on my car ???

Dear Miway<br> <br> On the 17th March 2016 my very first accident happens and all response and towing is great, then the next day you still in shock about what happend and you must report the accident in 24hours done that then you start phoning your insurance and it all starts to go bad.<br> <br> It is today 29 days without my car since my accident, and 17 working days.<br> <br> The car is now from the 4th April 2016 at SMD and today is the 15th April 2016 it means it is already 10 working days that the person is checking the car.<br> <br> I am in a wheelchair so public transport is a problem.<br> <br> They said today would have been the due date for an answer but still no feedback!!!<br> <br> Life is hard enough already as is no need for more!!!<br> <br> Hope to hear from you soon.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Lewellyn de Beer<br>
