Staff excellence

This is just to give a shout out and a BIG thank you to Lesego Phatshwane for assisting in getting my claim resolved. After I had my tantrum a week ago (on Hellopeter), she was assigned to my claim and the whole issue was done and dusted within a matter of days. She was friendly, courteous and helpful whilst being professional - the kind of service and attitude that you'd expect from staff working at MiWay. Well done, Lesego, and another thank you for a job well done.
