Little did I know that choosing MIWAY as an insurer that I would be be given such cold treatment when I log a claim. I had an accident in July 2025. I avoided 2 pedestrians on the road upon doing that I found myself having my car over turned. From the get go. The lady that handled my emergency was more interested in my vehicle than me. She offered me a Uber vehicle nothing more. MIWAY takes 30 days bd in the process gets a waidler expect only to tell tell them that the damages on the vehicle are not consistent with my description of the accident and now MIWAY as rejected my claim. I have full comprehensive cover on my vehicle. I gave the best account I know off in terms of how the accident happened including taking the claims validation to scene.
I am utterly saddened and distraught by ho MIWAY is approaching my case.
I am really and utterly disappointed by MIWAY.
I AM CERTAIN THAT MIWAY DOES NOT HAVE THEIR CLIENTS BEST INTEREST AT HEART.
