Then in the same chat went to Kitlano Cawe, Ijoh the worst service ever received. He/She never returned to the conversation, nor responded to any of my questions, an hour later I still responded saying I'm waiting nothing. This is the most frustrating thing ever, cause all a client would like to hear is we are aware/ we are not aware I will escalate the query. Kitlano you have made me an unhappy client with a mistake made by your company, responsibility is not you strong point.

Then today I spoke to Puleng Leqoalane, I almost took everything out on her and all because of Kitlano. I managed to hold myself and yes she helped me. Thank you Puleng.

I would rate Jabulile a 4 stars and Puleng a 5 stars. As for Kitlano no stars at all.
