Spoke with Sibahle Nkuna, very pleased with the interaction. She was very friendly and informative, she even took an interest in how my day was. Being somebody who works in call centers, I appreciate good call etiquette, and Sibahle's was spot-on! Great service, and just a reminder why I'm sticking with Mi-Way for a long time
