Spoke to Sakhele regarding my review on the policy and was supposed to be called back 8 days ago regarding that.I specifically told him that I won’t be able to afford the payment and excess fee anymore but was given a review that was even more than I used to pay and I still told him am not gonna afford it.He then escalated the matter to his supervisors that were supposed to call me within 48 hours but been waiting for 8 days already.
