Spoke to Nlakanipho Sibanyoni, and he was very helpful updating details on my policy. He phoned me about the tracker on my husband's vehicle, Miway just needed to know if there is a tracker system and through whom it is. He will follow up with Cartrack, so that I do not need to. He was very friendly and polite. Very helpful as well. I enjoy working with Miway Insurance and their call centre staff.
