From the day i had an accident calling the call centre,i cant remember who i spoke to..i wish to remmeber their name so that i thank them well.The gentlemen on the phone made sure i calm down as he could sense and feel im not ok.advised me well where to go and how to log my claim via the app.The accident happened Wednesday night. The following morning i had a guy by the name of Reynel..im sorry if i did not spell it out right.he advised me where to take my car,got me the assessment venue to take my car.I stay in a Location area and for safety as i advised him of the condition they advised i leave the car at the panel beater RARC free of charge.As a first time accident client ,i was scared and terrified of this journey.I was also helped By vuyo veyilwe as my claim was allocated to him.Prompt,open service. Then my claim by friday was allocated an assessor by the name of Ashik Ramnarian,I believe in angels coz of this gentlemen.He is an assessor but an angel sent assessor,i was stressed and emotional but he made me see things differently throughout.he communicated with me and answered all uncertain question i had.advised me openly everything he was doing he explained to me why it needs to be done.Until my claim was approved and now im only waiting for my bank to be paid.he is an angel,i will never forget.He was sent to me by miway and dealt with my claim "miway"
