Splendid Service

<p>On Sunday afternoon I got a distraught call from a friend who was stranded at a far away train station. I got into my car to pick him up only to discover that my battery was flat due to an electrical fault in my vehicle. I call Miway and tried their roadside assistance to get a boost. Before Felicity (miway call centre sonsultant) could hang up on my call I was surprised by the hoot of the technician to repair the vehicle. I was so happy that the fault was quickly solved and I could get to the business at hand and rescue a friend.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was very impressed with the service offered and the excellent follow up to see that the fault was resolved. </p> <p> </p> <p>CONGRATS TO THE MIWAY ROADSIDE ASSIST TEAM...esspecially Felicity</p>
