Speedy and helpful service

I needed a border letter at short notice as I was travelling between South Africa and Namibia. Within five minutes of logging my request through the MiWay app, I received a call from Thabiso Dibakwane in Client Services. He took down my details, and sent me an approved border letter as we were on the phone. Quick and painless, unlike my experiences with other insurance agencies.
