Spectacular Service

Good day

I would just like to show MI Way my gratitude and appreciation for the great service they gave me recently. My wife damaged her handset and I had to submit a claim with them when I called I was assisted and assigned to a friendly and professional employee called Ravita Rambali . I can't express the level of professionalism and helpfulness that Ravita rendered me from her follow ups to making sure that I received a new handset (Not a repaired one). She really went far above my expectations.

She has reminded me of why I signed up and stay with MI WAY. I'm so happy with MI WAY that I've even conceived a few of my employees to move from their old insurance companies to MI WAY.(Yesterday Annie Nyovane one of my employees moved to MI WAY).
