SPAM Called too often!

The MiWay call centre wont STOP calling me! Sometimes I receive 5 calls in the space of 20 minutes. I've kindly asked the call centre agents to please remove my number from their database but I've been told that their call logs are automatically generated by the system and that they do not have control over the call data. Please get the systems team and machine learning input to cater for these scenarios! I am extremely unhappy about being spam called every once in awhile. Due to this terrible experience I WILL NEVER CONSIDER MIWAY FOR INSURANCE nor recommend it to anyone I know!
