SORELY DISAPPOINTED

I was so happy with Miway, I refused to change my insurers until my car was in an accident a few weeks back. What a disappointment Nhlanhla Nkosi was. For 2 weeks he questioned myself, my friends and family regarding our driving abilities. This is of course after the fact that I was told my car was a write off and payout will be done. So now of course, my claim was rejected for non disclosure and whatever. None of the calls I asked to be traced were done. It's on of the worst I ever had to experience. Now I got hit with storages charges as. Had I known before that my claim will be rejected, I would obviously have made a plan to remove it. I am so deeply disappointment with them. Now I have put in a dispute which will take another 5days for the outcome. What a schlep. Money wasted on this insurance really.
