Sooooo much admin

Logged Miway insurance claim who referred me to PG glass. I called PG glass who wasn't able to make a booking for me since they "were the call centre". They had to phone me back to make the appointment which took a couple of days. Eventually connected with them making an appointment, but when I got there I was told they cant install the same tint and it will have a different shade. Was told that if I want the same one I have to go somewhere else outside of town to pay for the replacement tint and try to claim separately from Miway. Now if I wanted to go with the tint they have at pg glass I would still have to bring my car back on Monday because the guy who does the tint isn't there.

TLDR: Opposite of seamless process with lots of unneccesary admin and could not even replace what I had lost. Fail on the part of both Miway insurance and PG Glass.
