Sooo the R400

Soooo the R400. I saw something online saying that R400 would be given to a customer if the quote done by MiWay could not beat your current insurer. I remembered that roughly mid month in September I got a call from my way to obtain a quote and see if they can beat my current insurer. They did not and I did not know about the R400 challenge so therefore did not ask. When I saw it I decided to call MiWay to which a consultant says that I do not qualify for it as I was not called about the promotion. Okay so my point being I randomly got a call from MiWay and decided to do a quote. How do I not qualify for it? Are there only certain clients that qualify for a challenge that is advertised online publicly?
