i woke up on saturday morning to a very pleasing phone call, my way debited 1500+ on my last debit which i wasnt happy with , i called and complained and Thapelo called me back saturday morning, he was glad to assits me , he was polite , kind and proffessional , he was clear in his explenations, he gave me agood deal on my insurance, he refunded the shocking extra amount back to me , his service was amazing , i have no words to describe my satisfaction , i hope myway appreciates employees like those ......thank you my way!!!
