Solution Driven Individual & customer satisfaction motivated - Thabiso Dibakwane

The claim has been handled professionally and ethically by MiWay consultants, when things didn't seem to be going well matter was escalated and handed over to Thabiso Dibakwane whom i think has done exceptionally well to resolve the dispute we had over a courtesy car and managed to reach a solution which is indeed was fair to both parties. Further more Thabiso assisted with minimizing administration for us, which is also a sign of going extra mile to assist the customer. My wife and I, both working in Customer service departments in different companies we are happy of the service rendered by MiWay and Thabiso Dibakwane during this claim.
