So Upset - Miway taking unplanned debit orders.

I am livid with MiWay. My debit order normally goes off on the 20th of each month. I have just moved houses and had put money aside in my 32 day account to do certain things around the house. Upon transferring money from my 32 day account into my debit account, Miway took it upon itself to debit my account 4 days early. It's not like the 20th of September falls on a weekend or on a public holiday, of which I could understand. This is an extreme inconvenience. I cant handle my finances this way due to MiWay's incompetence.
