So today while i was planning to go on a trip a misfortune happend, I locked my car keys inside my car and I did not have any spare keys with me. I called MiWay cause I was helpless and they were happy to assist.I got help in an hour. I really appreciated the help. Thanx to tebogo from MiWay, he is a very friendly guy. But they should improve on communication with their technician,because when the technician was on the way to help me, they called for confirmation of address while MiWay noted my address when I called the first time, this made me uncomfortable as if someone hacked the system to hijack me.But Tebogo assured me that I am safe and I should not worry.
