Lodged a claim through the app and only got contacted 4 days later. I was busy at the time and tried to call Nhlanhla Nkosi on 3 occassions in one day and phone on voice mail. Send an email and the was no response. Only feedback I got was an sms claiming that they cant get hold of me and they only made an attempt once.
