I have claimed from MiWay before and it was really simple and straight forward. Today I had to use their roadside assistance and it could not have been better. In about 15 minutes from the time I started the process, the rollback arrived and took my bakkie, my two toddlers and myself home safely. No hassles whatsoever, and Michael at MiWay was very friendly, professional and efficient.
