Smokes and Mirrors

I put in a claim due to roof damage, Miway then sends out a service provider. Miway then responds by saying that the ceiling which mind have water dripping through on both sides that it only needs a paint coating, what sort of shady service providers exactly is Miway employing, upon requesting a dispute, all I received was a letter for agreement of loss, I don't agree with this loss and Miway is just throwing up smoke and mirrors to get rid of an actual valid claim.
