Smile through the phone

It is with great pleasure and satisfaction that I get on this website for the right reasons now and not for the bad. And reason for that is just that simple smile on the other side of the telephone from one of the Miway consultants who assisted me with the most simplest query with such efficiency. It is that smile that just gives you that assurance that someone is willing to help that not want to get rid of you and move on to the next call or maybe rushing to go on a lunch break. I also work in the customer industry and feel what clients go through each and every day if they don't receive assistance with the sound of a smile on the other side. So well done to Maggy aka 'Maggylious' for the soft skills she displayed and comfort she made me feel over the telephone and for this she deserves much needed recognition. It would be such an awesome thing if every company had staff of the qualities that Maggy has. Big Ups!! Keep up the good work
