Smangele could have knocked off at 17:00, yet stayed on the line with me to resolve my issues, in an effort to retain my relationship with MiWay insurance
Smangele could have knocked off at 17:00, yet stayed on the line with me to resolve my issues, in an effort to retain my relationship with MiWay insurance. I could have left MiWay but stayed because of her. Exceptional quality service of this calibre should be incentivised
