Sly and misleading- R400 challenge is a lie

I got a call a few calls from Miway asking if they can offer me a quote, i didnt do the quote the same time as i was busy, i did however ask the agent about the R400.00 challenge. She said yes that they would pay me R400.00 if they could not beat my quote. I eventually did a quote with Lilian Moloi in the sales department last night and also asked her about the R400 challenege and she also confirmed that yes they do offer the R400 challenge. After we completed the quote this morning it was more than double of my current premium. When i asked about the R400.00 she said no we were not participating in this challenge. How sly and misleading
