Slowly losing patience with this incompetence!
You still havent sent me the calls where you allowed a non authorized third party to make changes to my policy. I will report this by COB today as breach of the POPIA act. I also requested for you to post the do not tow stickers, and you ended up posting a policy schedule???????? What wrong with you?
