Slow turnaround time in settlement
An insured car was involved in an accident on 13 December 2025. Car was towed to MiWay prefered yard. All required info provided. Back and forth for over 6 weeks. As of 28 January, car is still not settled.
Despite informing the insurer that the company is losing on average R650 per day for everyday that passes bgy without replacing this car, no urgency shown
