SLJ Auto Body Centre bad service provider

I took my car in for repairs last week Monday. The apparent damage was not that great. I motorbike drove into me. The driver of the bike did not sustain any injuries and his bike hardly got any damage. My car sustained some damage though. As mentioned my car was taken in last week Monday. I phoned now and they told me it will take another week. This is not acceptable. They said more parts needed to be ordered and I understand that, but parts take at most 48 hours to arrive. They are talking two weeks to repair minor damage. Please get your service provider (SLJ Auto Body Centre) to get my car done asap. I don't want them to do a bad job, but one week to repair my car should have been more than enough. They pre-ordered the initial parts before my car was even taken in.
