SLEPT IN THE STREET AS ROAD ASSISTANCE TOOK 5 HOURS

on the 02/04/2018 on my way to Gauteng from Limpopo after the Easter Holidays my car broke and had to call for Road assistance.I called MIWAY around 2 pm for assistance to tow my car for 400 kilos, I waited for 5 HOURS TO GET ASSISTED ON TOWING MY CAR for 400 kilos as agreed, ,around 19:00 pm finally it came ,it was late and dark and i was advised by Ayanda that i can take all my 3 road assistance to combined them to 1 TRIP in a year as they struggled to get someone to assist urgently as i am in a middle of nowhere with my family ,she then said she needs to confirm with her manager.. i was TOLD its NOT POSSIBLE to take all 3 i ddnt have a choice to sleep in the car ,in the middle of nowherE wit my family so to me ROAD ASSISTANCE ONLY WORKS IF IM GAUTENG ,,ONLY IF IT ARRIVED SOONER COULD HAVE MADE MEANS TO GET HOME SAFE,SO BASICALLY IM PAYING FOR NOTHING AS I DDNT GET ASSISTENCE WHERE I NEEDED YOU MOST..POOR SERVICE MIWAY I WILL TELL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABOUT YOUR POOR SERVICE
