SLACKING LEAVING ME STRANDED

I am very upset and worried. It took the assessor a week to assess my vehicle standing at the panelbeater and seems like another full week to authorise additionals. If everything was done in time, the vehicle couldve been repaired before the panelshop closed but now that won't happen! It is over December holidays and I am currently paying for a rental vehicle myself, and won't be able to do so until January. It is miway's slacking that I have to resort to Hello Peter, as no one has phoned me back regarding this problem. I need a solution immediately.
