Since November 2025, I have been trying to obtain feedback from MiWay regarding the repairs to my vehicle, as well as the progress on the recovery process from the third parties involved. My initial complaint unfortunately led nowhere, and I had reached a point where I was seriously considering moving my business away from MiWay. I then submitted a final complaint, which was received by Amanda Radebe. I would like to sincerely commend Amanda for the professionalism and dedication she demonstrated in resolving the matter. She took the time to understand my concerns, followed through on each issue, and ensured that the relevant teams contacted me so that the matter could finally be brought to resolution.
