Poeletso and Gordon I didn't understand why the debit order was incorrect as it was way lower than my premium and I called in and spoke firstly with Gordon who was helpful in rectifying the error

Secodly I spoke with Poeletso a senior consultant who further explained what was the route cause of the incorrect amount, I must say I am impressed by Poeletso's confidence and knowledge of her work.
