I think so often as South Africans - we quick to complain and are willing to undergo the lengthiest of processes to ensure our voice is heard for bad customer service. That being said, today i will make an effort to also praise exceptional service. A BIG Shout out and thank you to SIMPHIWE KHUMALO for the friendly and extremely patient service i received - we even giggled together while we updated my policy. You explained everything clearly to( Without sounding like a robot) and you also took time to hear my brief life story before guiding me on what Miway can offer me. Thank you sir for giving me hope and reminding me that good customer service is still a " thing".
